Logo Design

Ok where to begin. I need a Logo that will be used for a paintball team's jersey. I would take this task upon myself but I do not have access to a computer with photoshop.The team name is Heroics. The logo needs to have something to do with the word Heroics, Ie. knights, vikings ect.. whatever comes to mind, be creative.

I need the logo in pdf, .jpg and .gif formats. The one must be straight black, and another must be straight white. The logo cannot be bigger then 8in by 8in. We haven't chosen a font, so it would be helpfull if you provide a font url with your submission for the rest of the jersey's lettering. The graphic will be screen printed onto black and red jerseys so I believe the logo will be a white to grayish color .

I tried to present this in a way a client would, so any of you graphic design majors out there this can be good real world practice.

I will look at everything that submitted. No you will not be payed for this, But ill give out pictures of the final product jersey for portfolio use (if relevant).

I didn't read all of the topic creators post at the top regarding what he's looking for, so at first when I saw the picture I thought he wanted to make a jersey for an all girl paintball team :eek:

And I thought for a split second that the "r" as well as the "he" was in the outline so colored white, which would make it so it said "her" in white and the rest of the word in black. I thought it was a play on the fact that it was a all girl paintball team :o

very nice mem. I have been away for the weekend which is why I havn't been able to reply. Anyways I would like to see some other entries just to see what other people have in mind when they think of heroics. I am going to submit all entries to the team and we will choose at that time,

Remember memorex that this will be going on a jersey, maybe having the full figure without the legs and sword cutting off would look better and less boxy. Just a thought, I like where you were heading with the ninja/samarai idea and the font that you used in the second and third.
