Compelled me to play FA last night for some reason or another... The only server with people was Yis, which that in itself should have just made me said fuck it and go back to flying around in EVE. But I said what the hell and roughed it out (bad idea). Basicly I got to the point where I couldn't use the same AR for more than 2 deaths without someone saying something about me changing weapons, or doing something and they straight up said I can't snipe anymore.

So this is more like me asking the commmunity to play on a different server with abit more common sense in there rules. Whatever bit of the community actually still plays.

yeah its like that believe me, when i used to play , they would bitch at me for using the famas, so id use the mp5 then they would bitch again, so i would change to m16, and they kept on bitching till i used a sucky ass ar, and when i would snipe they bitched at me for using the svd, so i changed to the ssg and they bitched again, they are only bitching cause you kill them, not because of the actuall weapon you are using lol

I was banned from YIS awhile back for getting a triple bayo kill... I know its a "bad" server and all its just sad to see it being the only populated server :(

YIS is TCO but worse, with retarded hyprocritical shitty firearms players who actually think they're justified in admin abusing anyone who can even vaguely compete with them.

It's a nub-farm for the admin'(s) personal owning pleasure... to spite the fact that they suck so badly they'll scarcely ever leave their own server...

Any moderately good player could go into YIS when admins were present, use 92f only and be banned in 5 minutes.

I'll wager that in most maps, a good player with a knife could get himself banned in about 5 minutes.

YIS is horrible, sorry about the lame ass experience but that's what happens when you run a server with inept admins. If I played there more then once I'd surely be banned more often then at POP, quite a feat ya know?

You get banned if you have anything as good as 2:1 or higher in K : D Ratio......so Straw....you are safe there.

What retards fail to realize that any ratio is only relative to the competition. So you're only constantly skimming off the top of the pile. It's called the 'law of diminishing returns'...

Eventually you're left with nothing but the absolute worst of the worst players, who can't even go positive against marine-bots, who are so terribly terrible that even the YIS admin team as horrible as they are can slaughter them; and of course they do, blatantly hyprocritical as it is, because hey, it's their server. And they're 'justified', because going above a certain ratio is against the rules, but they don't have to obey their own rules :rolleyes:

YIS has always been a BAD server, there admins suck at the game and so they needs bots to practice on.(never helped them yet)
They have bad ping on the server and they never follow there own rules and if (heaven forbid) you kill More than what they can they get jealose and start bitching, they wont stop bitching till you leave or untill a admin get feed up and bans just cos they was sucking.

It's 24/7 Durandal or request. I know that it's not in the MOTD or the server title but if you see an admin on just ask for a new map and we'd be happy to change it (trust me :p). If you don't see an admin, just type in "CHANGE THE FUCKIN' MAP" in chat.

THe server says it is for medium(skilled players) and beginners, hence the server is for new players, that haven't played enough to be anygood, which is a good server to start in, if you know your good then just don't play there simple as that? enough of hearing you moan and bitch about a server they pay for, hence they make the rules, and they can do what ever they want with it, and your say means shit, so enough of the crying, just realize, and read what im saying,
DO NOT PLAY THERE IF YOUR A HIGHLY SKILLED PLAYER!
you obvisiouly(spell?) should know if your good, so don't play if so.
Simple as that, end of discussion, would a moderator please close this thread? all it is, is a bunch of people saying shit about a server in prediculler(spell?) end it, it's the same stuff over and over.

Wow, i can't believe i missed this.

It's actually quite impressive how you all managed to get your shit worked up into a storm about how one fucking server is run. It's right there in the MOTD telling you that the server isn't for big shot players.

Shut up about YIS. 'Their server, their rules' is what you'd say to anyone else whining about how some other server is run (hi rob!) and it applies here too. Let me make it clear that the dumbassery witnessed in this thread by 99% of its participants is not at all welcome, and will be met with a ban next time someone posts something on the same level.
