while trying to find a way to play my PS2 games on my pc, i downloaded an emulator which would make this possible.
i ran it, and was told the emulator would need to change SE_LOCK_MEMORY, so it would run - for whatever reason.
i said okay, restarted windows and nowt happened. some internet reading showed that i would need to do something involving BIOS to make my pc read the PS2 discs.
i decided against this, but am curious as to exactly what SE_LOCK_MEMORY actually is, i can't find much online?
