If it's just a sprite all you need to do is rename it. Though I wouldn't use that scope.

If they're the same size as the scope hairs for FA yes. Find the SVD scope sprite, and rename this sprite to match its name.

It's a .vtf file, do I still rename it?

In the preview, it looks full screen, so it would have to be sized down. I think it's odd that FA never had full-sized crosshairs like in DoD. I guess i should have submitted it as a suggestion.
