Counter-Strike Sauce Help

One day for some reason I had the great idea to screw around with my cmd rate and upload rate (i think thats what I was screwing around with) anywasy i don't know what I did and now other players don't walk/run on the map they stutter around and when im indoors i get slight gfx problems like i have no clip on...

I reinstalled css and that didnt help, Is there anyway to put game back to its default setup?

put them both at 60 to start.

then put "rate" at 10000.

"rate" should be set as high as possible (either 25000 or 30000), unless one has a poor internet connection and gets lots of choke with that setting.

cl_updaterate 101
rate 25000
cl_resend 6
ex_interp 0.01

that's what you should be using with a decent connection

only use 60 60 10000 if you have a bad connection
