[REL] cs 1.6 deagle for anaconda

If you miss the deagle from 1.6 then you should enjoy this. This was originally an experiment to make the anaconda feel more usable and to make pubs less boring, but now it is a well (enough) animated and edited model to be released. Consider it a present and don't forget to use the sounds included in the file so it feels authentic. Thank you faktor for the qc tweaking and the two custom anims.
