I deleted it...is there a way to get it back w/ out the disk? grrr, why do I have to be so dumb.

Contact Microsoft.
Unless of course you have the CD, in which case installation is extremely simple. Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel, select Add/Remove Windows Components, select Accessories and Utilities, click Details, select Accessories, click Details, scroll down.
