Reasoning for Seven Days: Vulpes is one of the people who was previously perma-banned/IP banned from this site in the past. We pretty much blanket pardoned everyone on that list, however, these people are also subject to a much harsher application of the rules since they've already shown a failure to abide by them in the past.
