Nintendo added the "Everyone Votes" channel to the Wii software on their latest update. Basically, it's a giant polling mechanism. You vote on one of two options, dragging your registered Mii's (up to six on one machine) to one side of what appears to be a Simon-esque disc of color choices. Then you can predict what the most popular answer would be, and you'll get a report of different stats about your prediction choice, et al. Kinda nifty, but pointless fun.

Fun isn't the word I'm thinking of when I saw that. Really, who gives a shit which is better between a beach house and a mountain one... I'd prefere something usefull like the shopping network that's suppost to be promised.

well i can see them using this polling thing down the line for more important things, like what would you like more, x or y.

I wish i could get my wii online :(
