What is this game called?

Alright this is a real shot in the dark because I'm the only one I know whose ever played or even heard of this game so yea. Basically the objective is to make a fence from left to right while the computer tries to make a fence from top to bottom or bottom to top, you get one bar per turn if that makes any sense.

I've searched it as Fences and well most fence related things but yea I have no idea. Fellatio will be given continuosly if I get a name but I'm not getting my hopes up. Impress me OTF, oh and here's the basic look of the game for a better picture.

first I looked at the picture and thought it was that game where you try to make the most boxes by connecting dots. I guess not. :\
