I also use [OTF] tags, as do two of my college buddies who don't even post here for some reason. At one point two of us made our own squad on a 24/7 Suez Canal titan server, and we ended up getting top squad in one round; I got the gold star, and my friend got the silver.

The best part was one guy on the other side said "Wow, OTF seems like a good clan D:" and I got to explain that we weren't a real clan. :lincoln:

It would be nice if we had better commanders in pubs on Titan Serves, I can rack up about 50 points as an engineer on the guns IF they move the titan so its over the main roads. I just fire away all day at people, points and vehicles and then just weld shit that's broken, big easy points. The Gold Engineer badge is worth something like 20 points, so is the titan defender, if you work hard enough you can go up a level in a couple of hours.

I think you mean Bronze... Gold Engineer Excellence is worth 1,000. But yeah, Titan guns are such a simple and safe way to whore points. A few days back I managed to net myself a Combat Efficiency pin, a Distinguished Combat pin, and a Titan Defender pin in something like ten minutes of Titan gunning.

Yeah, its a good tactic to whore points when no one around you will do anything to cap points.

Oh another easy pin, the HALO badge, you just have to jump out of something high enough to have your chute open for a while.

I've currently loant my copy to a friend to try out, though I'll probably be going by his place someimte around thursday/friday in which case I should be back. I also use the [OTF] tags and had some stupid things said, my personal favorite was "fucking god those OTF fgts are a bunch of fucking hackers!" I was the only person on server with the tag and I killed him like 5 times in a row shortly after he spawned.

Yeah, every titan match, I try to get the two titan attack pins first by getting the guns, then I try to get the defender pins by using RDX and APM mines in the console hallways. It's pretty common for me to net 100+ points.

I'm generally an asshole in Titan mode. I zoom around Suez Canal jihading anything in my path, or I'll go straight for the commander assets until I run out of RDX, then steal one of the vehicles and tie it up for as long as possible by capping silos. I especially like stealing their APC only to pod out of it when I'm close enough to the titan that you get the super pod range.

Sometimes I'll pod up onto the tall building in the EU base and lay down a squad beacon, then proceed to fuck up their base until someone's titan shields drop. Then I'll pod up and put a squad beacon on the outside of their titan for shenanigans.
