shoot web?
sorry thats what I thought the thread was about
in reality....how about you have sex witht he people then never call them again? that would be polite and fun :-p
or just ignore her...or the boys she tries to step you up with
or tell them that you aren't really interesting in a relationship, so they aren't a problem anymore.....
or murder...

Flat out tell her to stop, explain that you don't want to piss her off but what she is doing is getting you annoyed. Maybe she will be annoyed at you but at least it will be out in the open instead of you being annoyed at her without her being aware of the why of it...

i've told her to stop. many times. it's like she has this incessant need to find someone for me. and it's like..feck off i don't need anyone. i love her to death but i seriously want to punch her sometimes

Maybe you should just try to go out with one of them sometime. It doesn't mean you have to start a relationship with them. But you never know, you might actually find someone you enjoy spending your time with. You may think you don't want a relationship right now, but if you find someone you actually like, you might change your mind. Just go out with someone, and if you don't feel like seeing them anymore after that, then don't. It's that simple. Sometimes, good things aren't always worth waiting for.

not why i don't want to be in a relationship right now. and i'm sure i'd enjoy spending time with them i just don't have the time or the energy. im still settling in here and i've got a few personal issues i'm dealing with

Well, the "sex her" card has already been played, so long bout of violence followed by lengthy negotiations and a one-sided peace treaty is the only option left.

last resort: cut off all communication with her

If she doesn't get it when you tell her directly, I doubt that there is any way to get her to stop without pissing her off. Maybe you are not presenting your case in a way she can understand.

Get emotional, throw a dildo at her head, and not return her calls for a week.

Then tell her you can't handle relationships of any kind due to your stressful life.

Surely you know of someone who has trouble finding someone, introduce them and maybe she will make it her life's mission to find someone for them, getting her off of your back about relationship prospects.

Seriously though, I know what you mean, and as well meaning as friends like that are, and as close as you are sometimes ya just gotta be downright blunt. Yeah feelings may be hurt, but eventually everyone gets over it.

Next time she says "I have this friend..." clamp your hands over your ears and yell DEAR GOD MAKE IT STOOOOP!

If nothing else it would be amusing.

You don't get it when we tell you something directly, and you don't get it when we piss you off. You also don't understand us, mostly because of the drain bamage!

But, your best of doing this is saying that you simply don't want to date anyone at all right now Psyche, yeah, that should work.

"I can't go out that night because I'll be too busy masturbating."

If that doesn't work, I have no idea what will.
