As I said in my other thread, I'm feeling lost at the moment.

There are three things that are really keeping me positive.

The first is the poem "Last Thoughts On Woody Guthrie" by Bob Dylan. If you have the time, I highly recommend it.

The second is a lyric from a song that was written about a dog. A blue-eyed merle named Stryder to be specific.

"If our way was so bright
Or on the road it's dark as night
The road we choose is always right
So fine."

And the third is the notion that some day I may be struck with the inspiration to write something brilliant enough to help others through their dark times.

3 from Kurt Vonnegut:

The waitress brought me another drink. She wanted to light my hurricane lamp again. I wouldn't let her. "Can you see anything in the dark, with your sunglasses on?" she asked me.
"The big show is inside my head," I said

Shrapnel was invented by an Englishman of the same name. Don't you wish you could have something named after you?

just might have two days.
