There are two things that need to happen before we get blogs.

1: Forums database fixed? (It looks like it may have done so).
2: Update the forums to the latest stable build. This may be a problem because there are some files that apparently only Scav has access to.

Ran the optimization a bunch. Everything seems fine now.
