Oblivion Mods

So, I can't get a copy of Fallout 3 where I'm at, so I've been alternating between playing Fallout 2 and Oblivion.

I'm actually pretty enthralled with Oblivion right now, and I'm wondering if you could suggest some good mods to get. I already got BTMod to improve the interface, and I'm probably going to get a saddle bags mod I saw, so that the horses will actually serve some purpose. I'm considering getting a mod that will disable/alter the "everything levels with you" bullshit, so I don't have random bandits running around with awesome gear and I can actually close the first Oblivion gate.

A fun alternative to the saddle bags mod is to get Shadowmere from doing the Dark Brotherhood quests, and beating the shit out of him so you can use his unconscious body as a container. Shadowmere can't permanently die, so no need to worry about that, and you get the added bonus of having a practice dummy to spam up whatever weapons skill you want to level or Destruction if you need that higher.

while you're playing Oblivion, try to start a goblin war - each goblin clan has a totem staff, and they will go all out to get it back if you steal it, attacking anyone in the vicinity. Grab a bunch, drop them somewhere interesting (a market, perhaps, or on the edge of a cliff), find some cover, sit back and you have quite a battle to watch.

Use high chameleon enchantments to keep out of the fray.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw the title. I thought this was a flame thread about how Fallout3 is Post-Apoc Oblivion. LOL! ..... now that I think about it.
