Corporation/Alliance mechanics question ?

So say i buy this corp and join MLTOV

"Urlen Innovations - 300M - 7.97 Ammatar, 7.50 Amarr, 7.75 Caldari, 5.99 Khanid; Jump Clone Capabable"

How will this affect MLTOV's standings with the agents in Irmalin ?

I know i can always just use it for my alts to do level 4's and make JC's in empire but was wondering will anyone else be interested in this.

you cant get missions based off of corp standings. let alone alliance standings.

"You need an effective faction, corp, or personal standing of at least 2.90 to use this agent"

but it says corp or personal standing, doesnt that mean either corp or personal along with faction standing.

if you look at your standings...
grux has a 7.0 standing with the gallente Faction
grux has a 6.0 standing with Federation Navy
Grux has a 8.2 standing with Federation_Navy_Agent_01

The first check occurs at the faction level... if Federation_Navy_Agent_01 requires effective faction, corp, or personal standing of at least 7.90 to use this agent...

Grux fails the faction check... so we check corp standings...
grux has even worse corp standings... fail.. check personal standings..
Grux has 8.2 standing with the agent - he only needs 7.9 .. Grux gets a MISSUN!

Normally standings will NEVER get to this point... you generally only ever get Faction/corp standing checks. so.. if I wanted to run a 6.5 agent for Federation Customs...

grux has a 7.0 standing with the gallente Faction
grux has a 1.0 standing with Federation Customs
Grux has a 0.0 standing with Federation_Customs_Agent_01

Grux has a 7.0 Standings with Gallente.. Agent offers grux a mission even though agents corp only has a 1.0 standing and agent personally has never worked with grux and has a 0.0 standing.
