The BLU Team was making headway on cp_dustbowl when they started encountering problems. All of a sudden people started dying, but there weren't any enemies in sight! Everyone was confused until a lone BLU Engineer figured out what was going on,

"Spy's sappin' my sentry!"

And they all realized what was happening. Their team has been infiltrated by RED Spies! The RED Spies needed to be eliminated if the BLU team had any chance at winning. The BLU team was planning on competing at the highest level next year, but they are never going to make CPL at this rate. As the shock fell over the faces of the BLU team they realized something else. Their sentry gun had been successfully destroyed.

The town wins when all anti-town roles are eliminated and the Mafia wins when they outnumber or equal the town. This is a closed setup meaning I'm not telling y'all publicly what the roles are. When the day starts you vote for somebody by posting "##vote name" (to remove a vote post "##unvote") (bolded please) and once somebody has majority votes that person is 'lynched' and dies. Then night starts and all night actions are done. Then day starts again. This goes on until one side wins. If I set a deadline on day/night, you'll know. Because this is a small game, I probably won't.

Some rules are no Toxx Clausing, no truth or dare, no editing your posts, no posting role PM's from the mod. Cardflip is on (meaning you find out a persons role when they die). If the thread is open you can post in it, I don't care if you post after a hammer or get in a sneak post while I'm opening the thread to post flavor or something. There is no Night 0.

Well, since as far as I know, there are no investigative roles, this entire game I've just been picking someone at random, since there is no reason to believe what anyone would say about their roles.

I only know that I'm the engy, and Colon is the sniper.

Colon happily wanders around the battlements of 2fort, completely oblivious to the threat behind him. Through his scope, he busily stares at callouspenguin's ass as he whacks a wrench on a sentry. Mmmm...that jiggling....

His thoughts are interrupted by a sapper attached to his back. "Mother fucker....not again...." This time it is different though. The sapper explodes violently, ripping him to shreds. Callouspenguin looks up, shocked by what he saw, and momentarily forgets to stop swinging his wrench. He feels a clamping on his nutsack and sees a sapper locked onto that as well. Hesitating as to whether to hit himself in the balls with a wrench, it explodes as well, killing him as well.

"You failed!"

-e- explanation: Red team actually won back before krispy was lynched, when it was only 4 players, but I didn't notice it. Because the spys did not initially know who each other were, I decided to let it go on, on the chance that Krispy would kill Blindsite, thus giving the town a chance.

Below are the roles:

(DEAD) Krispy - You are a RED Spy (SCUM)! You are the most skilled Spy out of your team, and as such are more adept at avoiding investigations. You come up innocent. You're able to kill a target player at night. You are disguised as a BLU Soldier, which may also serve as a fake claim. You win when your team outnumbers or equals the town. You know that the town's role PM's have this at the end, "You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated."


Blindsite- You are a RED Spy (SCUM)! You have figured out how to make your sapper work on players, you're either brilliant or a hacker. Using your new-found exploit every night you may sap somebody, preventing them from executing their role if they have one (in game terms, this is a roleblocker). Unfortunately, because you are using your super sapper, you don't have the ability to night-kill players. You are disguised as a Demoman, which may also serve as a fake claim. You win when your team outnumbers or equals the town. You know that the town's role PM's have this at the end, "You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated."


(Dead) Cloneboy- You are a BLU Heavy Weapons Guy (TOWN)! You ran out of ammo so you have no powers, sucks. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


(DEAD) Anna- You are a BLU Medic (TOWN)! Every night you choose somebody to protect from night kills. You cannot target yourself but you can target the same person over and over if you want. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


(DEAD) Toastar - You are a BLU Pyro (TOWN)! Every night you choose somebody to set on fire. If the person catches fire you will know he is a RED Spy. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


(DEAD) Noirceur - You are a BLU Scout (TOWN)! All of your votes count twice. You cannot split your vote, however the bonus vote will be labeled "Anonymous" on the vote count. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


CallousPenguin- You are a BLU Engineer (TOWN)! You sit and wait by your faithful sentry gun. Paranoid as ever, you swing your wrench at anybody who comes close to you. Anybody who tries to kill you will be scared away by your sentry; you are bulletproof. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


Captain Colon - You are a BLU Sniper (TOWN)! You are a one-shot day-killing vigilante. Meaning, you can kill someone once during the game and only during the day via posting "##kill name" in the thread. Doing so also ends the day. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.


(DEAD)Ramirez - You are a BLU Spy (TOWN)! Every night you may go invisible and watch what a target player is doing. You will be told if they targeted somebody or if they were targeted by somebody. You win with the town when all RED Spies are eliminated.

Some how I don't think it would be possible for it to have been more lucky for me and KK, the first 3 to die were their investigators and life savers, and once colon was shown as the insta kill town it was a pretty easy block nightly for me to make.

I was wondering why you let us lynch krispy when they had already won. I figured you had only one red spy instead of the two when that happened. Kind of a buzzkill to think my coin flip had picked the game winner only to find out that the vote didn't matter. Frown face.

Also swat, as a suggestion, make sure you specify in the 40k game the special abilities. Reading my pm, I didn't actually know I was invincible to night kills. I had to deduce that since we lost our roleblocker, anna, and no one died night 3. The only other possibility to my invincibility is if the mafia roleblocker blocked the mafia killer, but assuming they knew each other that option was out.

Also, If I'm immune at night, and colon was the only one that could kill during the day, then the town really did win. :lincoln: Anyway, it was fun, I'm excited for the 40k.

p.s. - If the backstab on me failed, shouldn't the spy have been killed by my sentry, having lost his disguise? haha.

Spies can't kill during the day though so unless i voted to lynch him (and of course I was going to vote for BS) then victory should be ours :cool:

Blindsite would have gained killing power the night where there were only 3 players (there has to be a killing mafia); even so, the game was won before that point.
