I love the background. :0 very Brotherhood of Steel.
Why is it bright green suit in urban environment?
How come he looks like hes casually watering the lawn while chekcing his watch?

The soldier looks too cartoony compared to the background.

If he's a 40k Space Marine, the colors make more sense (those guys will wear bright blue with gold highlights in arctic warfare, after all). If so, there's something wrong with his "face" and he needs some insignia on his shoulders. He could probably do with some insignia even if he's not.

YEs sir, thats what i kinda modeled him after. the background came after, and im not very good at adjusting the lighting and stuff. :x

If you keeps your shades on seperate layers you can more easly go back and shave part of shading. The same goes with highlights. Are you using vectors for the lining? I also think the legs would have highlights from the flame thrower.

Looks too smooth to be anything but vector...

But yeah, each color = different layer. Shading counts as another color :D. Dont use burn tool for shading, si lazy.

That and if you really want to you can set up the layer to act as a burning layer by choosing "Hard light" as it's filter.
