To Whom It May Concern,
In light of recent rumblings of war, we here at GTS have decided to set up a new headquarters, and base of operations in Aries. To date we have shipped more than 2 million personnel and families to the newly christened GTS Island off the eastern shore of Aries. We have also shipped more than 10 million tons of food, water, and materiel from our bases around the globe, we are here to stay.

However, this shipping all comes at a cost, we have created extremely high costs in terms of salaries and fees in this move. To off set this cost we have decided to offer our services to anyone in Aries who wishes to partake, and of course, who ever can pay. The prices for all of these services are negotiable, if the purchasing department of your nation state will get in contact with our contract department, an arrangement can be made.
Some example services;
Aircraft related service:

Inflight refueling: Our fleet of aircraft includes some that have the ability to sustain air operations mid flight. In our possession are several KC-767, MC-130, and IL-78 airframes. These together from a fleet of aircraft that can keep your birds in the air for longer than any sort of buddy refueling packages.

(All aircraft get double range, 250 Dinkos a turn)

AWACS: In modern air combat scenarios, the ability to detect and triangulate enemy air formations is paramount. To help facilitate this, GTS has several E-2 Hawkeye, E-3 Sentry, and A-50 Mainstay air craft.

(To detect rolls modified by 1, ie 4+ to see becomes 3+ to see, 150 Dinkos a turn)

Strategic Airlift: To help facilitate our major redeployment, we have many C-17 Globemaster III, C-5 Galaxy, IL-76 Candid, and An-124 Condor transport aircraft. We can lift any size force, and redeploy that force to anywhere in the world in a limited time frame.

(Any number of brigades can be airlifted to friendly controlled airfields, price is 100 Dinkos per brigade pickup and drop off from any airfield to any other airfield)

Combat Engineering Support:

Airfield Construction: To facilitate air operations and control of any airspace, many airfields near any front are required, to help facilitate air superiority, GTS Corps of Engineers can clear a flat spot of land and pave a new airfield in a limited amount of time, including a small terminal, a functioning weather and air detection radar,and a small ATC tower.

(A province can be upgraded to an airfield over one turn, this does not change the value of the province, just allow STOL aircraft to perform operations. 500 Dinko’s)

Entrenchment: To help defende a province from attack, a province can have defenses added to allow defenders to dig in, and hold off many times their number. There are many options when considering defences, razorwire, earthworks, and minefields. There is a downside however, with the increase in hostile terrain, civilians will not be allowed in, and as a result farming and other economic activity is slowed in the province. (Over the course of one turn, several defenses can be added, minefields, razorwire, or earthworks. Minefields will take away 3 from the value of the province, costs 100 dinkos to emplace, and 200 dinkos to remove. Razor wire will take 1 from the value of the province, costs 50 dinkos to emplace, and 50 dinkos to remove. Earthworks will take 1 from the value of the province, cost 200 dinkos to emplace, and 300 dinkos to remove. Our package deals will only cost 300 dinkos to emplace and 450 dinkos to remove, the package deal include all the defensive options.)

Supply lines support:

Food service: Our trained cooks and support personnel will provide your forces with food of vastly superior quality than pre packaged combat rations

Internet access: Through complicated satellite and ground bases links, we can provide internet access to combat forces while they are at rear lines. All their porn and youtube needs in one nice package.

New support option:
Radar Installations: Cost 100 dinkos per site.
Can be constructed in a province much like an airfield, then will act like a permanent AWACS, "To detect" rolls modified by 1, 4+ to see becomes 3+ to see.
Due to the curvature of the earth, on low ground this will only effect the province the site is in and the directly neighborning provinces, on mountainous terrain this is increased to two provinces out, the one neighboring, and one more.
Due to the large size of the site, and the high energy emissions, the value of the province goes down by 1.
Also these sites can be targetted and destroyed, especially by SEAD aircraft.
