The Holiest Order of the Knights Templar (or, the Templars, for short) wish to announce to all interested nations the development of their new corporate strategy. We have recently opened our strategic operations headquarters in the mountain province of New Malta, (located in the northwest position on your map, near province 1).
As a neutral nation, we have no interest in the earthly squabbles of other nations amongst themselves. The Templars have no interest in your land. We do, however, provide an array of services to interested parties. These services will be outlined below.
*Intelligence -- The Templars are the world's premier private intelligence agency, bar none. Our agents have infiltrated every sector of every government in the world and are capable of providing you accurate intelligence...for a price.
*Counterintelligence -- Consistent with our standards of neutrality, we would be remiss in offering intelligence assets to our customers without offering their targets the same opportunity to purchase counterintelligence from us as well (for a fee, of course). Interested nations can utilize Templar assets for passive or active counterintelligence operations (i.e., either counter-spying, or active misinformation).
*Battlefield Reconnaissance -- With hundreds of years of training and the technological expertise of the worlds top scientists, our reconnaissance teams are top notch. UAV support as well as human intelligence sources directly on the battlefield are available.
*Covert Operations -- Interested parties may contact us directly to negotiate the terms of an operation.
*Direct Battlefield Support -- In certain instances, we may provide direct Battlefield support to another nation. For a fee, Templar contractors will assist your forces in combat. Consistent with our policies, typically these areas are in special operations and strike packages; if you're looking for a tank company, you should probably look elsewhere. (While we can supply these forces, we do so through a subcontractor, making them significantly more expensive than directly contracting with, say, GTS).

--Note-- Under the international laws of land warfare, actions undertaken by a neutral nation or PMC on behalf of an aggressor nation are considered to be those of the aggressor nation itself. Any recourse by the victim nation shall be against the aggressor nation; not against the neutral nation or PMC. Violations of this law will be dealt with swiftly and harshly by international coalition.
