[C3I '68] Shake and Bake Battalions

These units will be available for purchase for the player that wants less customization. They will be slightly more expensive. There is no costs associated with them yet because I have not finalized the numbers.

I was thinking about adding NATO, and West Germany as an option. If anyone else wants a Shake and Bake nation added to the list please post in this thread
